Jagran Solutions, in collaboration with Conexus Foundation supported by Sanofi India, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications ("SANOFI App" and "STEP App").

1. About the Program

• SANOFI App is part of the Sakhar Free Shukrawar (SFS) school campaign (ages 7—15), encouraging children and families to reinvent everyday dishes in healthier, sugar-free ways under the theme "Chefs of Change."
• Students can participate by uploading recipe images, location details, and contact numbers on the app.
• STEP App promotes fitness and active lifestyles among children, parents, and schools.
• The STEP Football League combines matches, training, and structured fitness modules, with inclusive participation from both boys and girls.
• PT teachers may upload images of football matches, training, or fitness activities for campaign tracking and reporting.
• For both apps, children's data is treated with strict confidentiality and used only for campaign purposes.

2. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, contact number, and school/location details (only as submitted by participants).
• Uploaded Content: Recipe images (SANOFI App), football activity images (STEP App), or text descriptions shared by students/teachers.
• Device Information: including device type, operating system, IP address, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Usage Data: information about how you interact with our app (features used, session duration, crash logs).
• Location Data (if applicable): if you grant permission, we may collect approximate or precise location for features like [insert purpose].

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data only for the purposes of:

• Conducting and managing the SFS campaign (SANOFI App) and STEP Football League (STEP App).
• Verifying submissions and contacting participants/teachers if required.
• Displaying activity progress (e.g., recipe submissions, football match updates).
• Improving app performance and functionality.
• Ensuring fair participation and preventing misuse.
• Complying with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
• Collecting Health-related data (such as physical activity, fitness information, or health reports) provided by participants to facilitate the STEP Football League experience and ensure fair participation.

We respect your trust and therefore:

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
